Extend Your Time Away

During the registration process, please advise C & I Travel Specialists if you wish to extend your time away and holiday beyond the programme dates.

If you are considering extending your stay in Port Douglas prior to our group’s arrival, please note that the Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas has a complete buy-out of their resort from 21-24 May. However, some Villa’s may be available during these dates.

An amendment fee of $100.00 plus any airline fees and/or additional airfares will be charged per person if you wish to change your flights from the secured group flights.

Please be aware that all extension travel arrangements must be confirmed and paid in full by Friday 24 February 2024.
